I was trying to schedule a trip for a future time on *** following the on line instructions but ended up going right to a pickup request. I texted and called the driver. He could not help me cancel the trip so said he would cancel it himself. He did not arrive at the location so there was NO waiting time.**I challenged this on line and got a message that the $* would be credited to my account but I have no need for $$ on account and want it credited to my payment method - a Visa card ending in ****. HOw do I make that happen?
