Our driver put in wrong address (ended up at another pick-up person's spot going on highways etc when trip should have been on a few local streets) The ride which was * min on GPS (but is was late in city so we didn't want to walk) took ** minutes,not kidding. and charge of over $**.Estimate was around $* for the correct trip. this is totally unacceptable
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
