I’ve been using uber for two weeks now. Since I’ve been using it they would take $*.** off of my card every other day. I tried to explain my issue with Uber help but no one seems to help me. I was told I can’t be refunded my money that THEY took and it’s bothing they could do to help. I provided pictures of all the rides I’ve actually took and the extra money that they have taken off of my card. ( $*.** ) x* It’s very inconvenient and unfortunate that I have to keep getting money taken off of my card that’s not a ride. Or to even have money taken off of my card for a ride I didn’t take. No one had help money is steady being taking off of my card and it’s unfair.
