This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

My charge for a ride that was $*.** on *** was for a ride I was never on. The app said I was "on the ride" when I was still standing on the sidewalk. I called the Uber driver, and he condescended me saying "that's how pool works" and then hung up on me. I've used Uber pool for a very long time...that's never how it works. I waited. I watched him driving other people around via the app. He never picked me up so I had to cancel yet was still charged. There should really be another method of disputing this, because this isn't the first time this has happened. I'd like my money back.
GetHuman-kirstenr did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
