Question owner**Today at **:** AM**ok ever since the Firefox update I am not able to see all most posts from sept or early Oct. I get may ** and then it just freezes up will not load any other posts. I have uninstalled reinstalled refreshed bot google and Firefox. changed Mozilla password changed Facebook password. removed disabled extensions in both Chrome and Firefox.Post very slow to load in Firefox. I have had this problem for two weeks now. I have had every tech known to man try to fix it. I have tried to contact Facebook about this. all i get after about may be and that's an estimation of about ** to ** posts are small blue lines moving back and forth and a blank white square like it wants to load but does not. I use Firefox as my default browser. I use a desktop icon to access Facebook. I use Avast free anti virus for my virus protection. I have tried to configure both Firefox and Facebook. it some how shows all my posts as hidden from time line. I did not hide any posts from Facebook. I have configured Facebook to show all posts and still i get only the most recent. I am not sure if it is a Facebook. the only browser it works correctly on is Internet Explorer I get all the posts i have shared for the last month or so. it is aggravating an d i like Firefox and have used it for years now. i guess to view Facebook I will need to go to I E because same is happening in Chrome. what is weird though is that there is another computer which i am routed to and they are not having this problem. all post shared show up. I do not want to create anew Facebook account because I will then lose all my friends.I do not know if i have been hacked but i have run malwarebytes avast ccleaner glary utilities. update all the extensions. updated adobe flash turned off hard ware acellereaton in both Firefox and adobe flash.It is currently at best buy geek squad being fixed for another issue but they are looking into this issue as well.I can only assume it is an issue between Chrome, Firefox and Facebook. with my account. I am assuming that Geek Squad will most likely have to reinstall the operating system as one of their on line techs was trying to figure out the problem and messed it up. Any ideas as to why my previous post will not load? It comes up says more stories than get a blank page with three little blue lined that just keep moving nothing loads. Yet I see where they are all hidden I did not hide them. I am currently using a borrowed laptop and the same thing is happening. Any ideas please send to mdm**@comcast. and thanks . P.S I was having problems with Firefox and Facebook before that as well. The only strange thing here is that usually, these types of problems clear up in a day or two. I provide tech support for a FB-related extension which works on all the major browsers, and I have seen many users having all the same problems you describe on all browsers. Posts not loading, chat unavailable, etc. are due to communication problems between you and FB's servers and*or switches. Other than trying - as you have - to get to FB a different way, there is nothing you can do except keep reporting to FB. **I'm not trying at all to hinder any help, but I can assure everyone watching this thread that trying to twiddle with browser settings*uninstalling*reinstalling, etc. will not help one bit. The problems need to be reported to FB via the question mark on the blue bar, at least once a day, every day, until fixed. You will only get canned responses until FB considers it fixed, at which point you will get a response that says the issue is Closed.
