You can either use a computer or the Facebook app to view your memories. The method is slightly different for each. We'll look at using a computer first.
On your computer, open a new browser page, type www.facebook.com into the address bar, and hit Enter on your keyboard.
You now need to log in to your Facebook account. In the relevant fields, enter the email address or mobile number and password associated with your account. Click Log in. You may be required to complete a reCAPTCHA for security reasons.
If you've forgotten your sign-in details, reset the password by clicking Forgotten password? and following the instructions.
Your browser will determine your next steps. If you see a menu on the left side of the screen, locate the clock icon and the word Memories, and click on it.
If there is no menu, locate the Memories feature by clicking your profile picture in the top right-hand corner and scrolling through the dropdown menu until you find Memories.
Facebook Memories automatically displays posts, photos, and other content posted on today's date in years gone by.
You can change the settings to receive regular notifications of your memories. Click Notifications on the left side and select either All memories or Highlights.
Instead of using a computer to view your Facebook memories, you can use any smartphone or smart device with the app installed.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers.
