Trying to get my Apple ID email changed it won’t allow me to use my email it’s already...

Yes my x boyfriend was hacking me he had downloaded my phone to his Computer in June he said he was just going to copy pictures when he did that everything from my phone went in it I think he put a tracking device when my phone spyware .. after carefully thinking about it I switch to my iPhone ..yesterday I had the phone company try to clear out my android they couldn’t because he said it look like someone put spyware on my phone it was totally messed up , I spent half the day on the phone with Samsung trying to get my phone back to where it needed to be . As far as Facebook I managed to scroll down the screen even though it was in Chinese I scrolled to English and hit it I believe that fix my problem . I deleted messenger and Facebook app from my phone and after I fix the problem I reinstalled the apps , so far it has been doing better also I blocked him from everything I could possibly block him from including my phone .. lesson learned never let anyone get a hold of your phone no matter how much you trust them . He got a hold of my computer to and taking in to be scanned and put back to its original state .. I had it done on June * having my computer restored to new he got a hold of my computer on June * th. I am very happy I got my account back I really love Facebook and keeping up with friends and family . As far as yesterday my Apple what is getting hacked someone trying to get into my Apple ID am sorry I clicked the wrong link to ask for help I found the right help .. I had to ask my Bank to send me another debit card because my banking information was on it but I’ve bank through my phone I had to change emails and passwords for the last five days or better .. thank you for checking with me please watch my page Craig Perley is the one you have to watch . I did keep checking where my phone was logged in and I was saying hours in Greenville North Carolina and somewhere in Wisconsin I kept deleting the logins I got several weird parent calls from North Carolina I had to keep blocking but they kept calling with similar numbers and now I’m getting weird emails saying to confirm my order is on things I did not order and email from bank of America which I did not apply for I’m checking in On that today hopefully it’s nothing .. yes it’s been a mess .
