when I was trying to reset my password because I had forgotten it, ... I came to a page that asked me for my most trusted contacts and asked them to visit this link https:**www.facebook.com*recover to get a code to send to me.
I have * problems with this. *) I don't know who are my most trusted contacts are because I believe FB determines that, not me and I don't know who they have determine to me on that list. The second problem is my phone is broken and I can't access my contacts on my phone, so if the people who are on my most trusted contact list are people on my phone, I can't contact them because my phone is broken and it won't be fix until Friday.
FB should know who I am because I am using the same computer from the same location and I know that they keep track of this. So they can tell that it is me and not someone else who is trying to change my password.
