You can update your personal information with Chase either online or through their mobile app. To do this online, log into your Chase account and navigate to the "Profile & Settings" page. From there, select "Personal Details" and you can update your information as needed. If you're using the mobile app, tap on the person icon at the top right, then go to "Profile & Settings" and "Personal Details". Please be aware, for certain info, such as your name, you might have to visit a branch or call to make changes. For the most secure assistance, make sure to update your data via your personal Chase account only.
