Sign In to Your Account
To sign in, enter your username and password, then click Sign In. You may also use Passwordless Sign In if you've previously set it up for your account.
Go to the Ultimate Rewards Portal
Once you're in the Ultimate Rewards portal, you'll find various ways to redeem your Chase rewards points. If you'd like to redeem your points for cash back, click Convert to Cash and follow the on-screen instructions. If you prefer to use your points for travel, select the Travel tab and complete the process by following the prompts.

Choose a Chase Account
If you have multiple Chase accounts, click Choose Account in the upper-right corner of the page. Select the credit card account associated with the rewards you want to redeem, then click Confirm to continue.

Redeem for Cash Back
If you'd like to redeem your Chase rewards points for cash back, select the Convert to Cash option to view the available redemption value. Review the amount you can receive based on your points balance, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete your cash back redemption.
Redeem for Travel
You can also use your Chase rewards points to book travel, including flights, hotel stays, rental cars and Experiences. Click Travel, choose your preferred travel option, and follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your points and complete your booking.
Review the number of points required for your selected flight, hotel stay, or rental car, and make sure you have enough points to complete the redemption before confirming your booking.
