Customers can activate their Chase Bank cards in two different ways. Both methods will allow them to use their cards immediately and will automatically activate their card once the steps are finished and completed.
Call Chase Customer Service
You can call Chase customer service to activate your card. The customer service representative will ask for key information to identify you first. Next, the customer service representative will begin to ask questions needed to activate your Chase Bankcard. Additional information may be required as well.
Call the Toll Free Number on Your Bank Card
Once customers receive their Chase Bank Card in the mail, they should call the toll-free number on the front of the card. You will be required to enter identifying information before your card is activated. This is usually an automated process. You will hear a recording that will walk you through the activation process and prompt you to enter information. Continue to follow the directions until the call is completed and you receive information that lets you know the card has been activated.
Visit Chase Bank Online
You can also visit Chase Bank online and follow the steps to activate your card online. Keep in mind that you need to register for an online account in order to complete the activation process online. You will need your account information to register for a Chase online account. Once you have completed the registration process, if you hadn't done this prior, you can log in and follow the prompts to activate your card. During the registration process, you will create a password and use your 16-digit card number. You will also be asked for information to verify your identity.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
