To cancel a recurring payment, use this procedure:
- Open the Chase mobile app.
- Sign in.
- Tap Pay & Transfer.
- Tap Pay Bills.
- Tap on the bill from your list of bill payees.
- Toggle the Repeat Payment switch to the Off position.
