The issue in GetHuman-cantral's own words
I was charged * insufficient funds for checks that I had a transfer of those funds to be sent over from my savings account to my checking account on a certain day and the money was never transferred over so I was charged * insufficient funds in the amount of $*** total and I wanted to see if I was able to be refunded in the amount of $*** for the insufficient funds that I was charged for those checks?
GetHuman-cantral did not yet indicate what Chase should do to make this right.
