Yesterday I was sending my friend money via Chase app (because we both use Chase). I sent $** to the email *****@***.com. Afterwards she told me she changed her Chase email to *****@***.com. The transactions were one right after the other. I was hoping to get a refund for the first $** transaction because it went to an invalid email but was still taken out of my statement. Is this possible? Thanks!
