To cancel a request to cancel an order, you will need to contact Costco's customer service. There is a link to the most up-to-date contact information right here on this page.

To update your phone number for online ordering at Costco, log into your account on the Costco website. Go to "My Account" and select "Account Details". There, you'll be able to edit your phone number along with other contact information. Make sure to save your changes before attempting to place an order. This way, the new phone number will be reflected on your orders.

You can check the balance of your Costco Shop Card in a few ways. If you are in-store, simply ask a sales associate or cashier for assistance. If you'd rather check online, visit the Costco website, select 'Shop Cards' from the 'Gift Cards & Tickets' category under 'All Departments'. From here, you can enter your card number and PIN to view your current balance. A third option is to call Costco's automated system at 1-800-774-2678 to check your balance over the phone. Please note, however, that to use the card online or for balance checks, you'll need to register your Shop Card by creating a Costco Account if you haven't done so already.

We're sorry, but if a promotional price has already expired, it can no longer be applied to purchases made afterwards. Costco stays true to its expiration dates to maintain fairness and reliability for all members. We recommend always checking the expiration date of the promotions and plan your purchases accordingly to enjoy the discounts.
