Traded in I phone *S for a I phone *Plus. Switched services from AT &T to T Mobile. My phone was backed up to the Cloud but my new phone did not get any of my text messages or some Apps that I had previously paid for. I need my text messages for my business.

GetHuman-flry did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
