Visit the T-Mobile website.
Look for the T-Mobile menu on the homepage. You'll find it in the upper-right corner of the website, represented by three stacked horizontal lines. They're to the right of the shopping cart icon.
Click on the three horizontal lines. Doing so will expand the T-Mobile menu.
Browse the T-Mobile menu until you find the "My account" link. It's below the "Cart" link.
Click on the "My account" link. This will open a sub-menu.
Click on the "Login" button. This will take you to the log-in page.
Click on the horizontal log-in box that says "Email or phone number." This will cause your phone's keyboard to appear.
After clicking on the log-in box, type your email address or phone number that you used when signing up for your T-Mobile account. Click the "Next" button when you're done. If you're having trouble logging into your account, please move on to Step 9.
It's a good idea to reach out to T-Mobile customer support if you can't get into your account. Before you call, it's important to prepare, including knowing which phone number and email address you used to register for the account.
Consider putting your cell phone on speaker. This allows you to converse with the representative while taking notes and following along with their recommendations for accessing your account.
Make sure to tell the representative what you've already tried doing to access your T-Mobile account. They can suggest alternative options you can try.
Jot down notes during your call, including the name of the representative you spoke to, when you called, and the suggestions they gave you. If you encounter a similar problem in the future, you can reference the notes to try to access your account.
If you're accessing your T-Mobile account for a specific purpose, such as paying your bill, contact the company for assistance as soon as possible to ensure you can log in on time.
Don't hesitate to contact T-Mobile if you can't get in to your account, especially if you're having trouble figuring out why you can't access it in the first place. A representative can look into things on their end and provide more insight into the issue.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
