If you’re on the T-Mobile website, click the chat button in the lower-right corner of the page. If you contact them during business hours, you may be able to speak with a live representative.
To check for an outage, provide your address, and the system will look for any service issues in your area. It may also share details about the cause of the outage and an estimated time for service restoration.
T-Mobile customers can also get live support through the app. To speak with a live agent, you’ll need to contact them between 4 am and 12 am Pacific Time.
If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, scan the QR code provided in the screenshot and sign in to your T-Mobile account. From there, you can reach out to Support to check for outages in your area and ask for updates on when service will be restored.
