You can easily do this through the website, and if you have questions, a representative is just a call away. Here's how to check whether T-Mobile service is available at your business.
Visit the T-Mobile website.
Look for the T-Mobile menu on the homepage. You'll find it at the top-right corner of the T-Mobile website, represented by three horizontal black lines to the right of the black shopping cart icon.
Click on the three black horizontal lines on T-Mobile's homepage. Doing so will expand the menu.
Browse the T-Mobile menu until you find the "More from T-Mobile" section.
Look for the "Business" link within the "More from T-Mobile" section.
Click on the "Business" link, which will take you to the "T-Mobile for Business" page.
Scroll down on the "T-Mobile for Business" page until you find the "Reasons to choose T-Mobile for Business" section.
Within the "Reasons to choose T-Mobile for Business" section, look for the box with the "America's Best Network" header. It should be the first option.
Click on "America's Best Network." This will take you to a "5G & 4G Coverage Map" page.
Find the search feature on the coverage map page. It should be directly above the map and say "Search address or location" with a small magnifying glass icon on its left end.
Click on the search box, which will outline the box in blue and make your phone's keyboard appear.
Type your business address in the search bar. As you're typing, you'll see relevant address results start to appear below the search bar. Keep typing until your address appears, then click on it. This will pinpoint the location on the map and state whether coverage is available. If you have questions, continue reading.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
