I have a t mobile no. which was purchased as prepaid & good for two months of service ( lasting up to ** th of July) . It has suddenly stoped & the message says -insufficient balance) . It was loaded for dollar ***** (dollar ** x * * taxes) *Mo. No. ***********Kindly look into it and activate it immediately.
GetHuman-neerajke did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
