I have called Sprint every month fir the past * months about incorrect bill amount. Each month they have drmdcreaed the bill and then have come up with a different monthly total. Each time I have been ensured it is fixed for good.... WRONG. On June * I didn’t ariund * hours speaking with managent and my “ issue “ was sent to customer service managent. They were suppose to call me in * business days. Has not happened. I would appreciate a return phone call and resolution. Thank you
I trust that Sprint will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
