The company serves over 54 million customers and is one of the largest long-distances providers in the United States. Contact Sprint Customer Service Via Phone

You can call into the Sprint customer service line and ask if there are any current promotions that you qualify for that can help to lower your bill. If there isn't any, then ask the customer service agent if they can review your current plan to see if there's anything that can be taken out. For example, eliminating nationwide or international roaming. If the customer service agent is able to make any changes for you, you should receive a confirmation email. Keep the agent on the phone until you have received the email and reviewed it to be correct. Additionally, ask the agent if the changes will be reflected in your upcoming billing cycle.

Contact Sprint Customer Service Via Live Chat

If you are unable to call in, you can also try to reach out to Sprint's customer service via their live chat function. You may need to provide personal and account information to verify your identity. Walkthrough the following steps:

  1. Ask if there are any current applicable promotions
  2. Ask if there are any portions of your plan that can be eliminated to reduce costs
  3. Ask the agent to apply these changes and send you a confirmation email

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Sprint Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Sprint in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Can I Lower or Monitor My Sprint Bill? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible.
