Greetings. I appreciate this online support. My name is Steve Baldwin. On ********* I made an online payment to start service on this phone number: ***-***-**** It is for the $** unlimited service. However. I have found that my phone is NOT acknowledging my sim card. I had it looked at. Same result. I have not made any phone calls, no text and I have not used any data. I do NOT have phone service. Would someone provide a link for online service to correct this? Any help is appreciated. Have a fabulous week. Thank you. - Steve Baldwin.
