You can check the balance of your Costco Shop Card in a few ways. If you are in-store, simply ask a sales associate or cashier for assistance. If you'd rather check online, visit the Costco website, select 'Shop Cards' from the 'Gift Cards & Tickets' category under 'All Departments'. From here, you can enter your card number and PIN to view your current balance. A third option is to call Costco's automated system at 1-800-774-2678 to check your balance over the phone. Please note, however, that to use the card online or for balance checks, you'll need to register your Shop Card by creating a Costco Account if you haven't done so already.

We're sorry, but if a promotional price has already expired, it can no longer be applied to purchases made afterwards. Costco stays true to its expiration dates to maintain fairness and reliability for all members.
