I got new eyeglasses just a few months ago from Costco. As expected, they came back the following week. Since then, I had to return then twice because stress fractures appeared in the lenses. Each time, I was without my glasses for another full week as they were repaired.*Because these were Dior frames, I paid over $*** for the glasses. I have been terribly disappointed with the fact that the lenses are not set correctly and that I have to go without my glasses for * days each time they get repaired. I’m driving out there again today to pick them up. Who knows that I won’t have to repair them again?*I strongly feel that I should receive some compensation for my time and inconvenience.
