In Jan **** I was planning my move to Texas on March * ****. I attempted to cancel my Xfinity service on line but couldn't log in. I tried calling and was sent to Chat and was disconnected * times so I drove to the store and cancelled in person, making the kill date *********.*Since that time I've continued to be billed for * more months so far.*Today I've contacted the Chat site and the chat crashed twice.
GetHuman-enoake did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
