I subscribed to Starz several days ago and cannot access it. I keep being told that I have to pay for "Outlander" season *.

I ended up driving to the Comcast store in Everett (the closest one that was open) and talking to Ian, who was able to help with the problem. It turned out some sort of final confirmation hadn't happened with the Starz account, and my old Comcast account had a land line phone number as my cell phone, so every time I was supposed to be sent a code for accessing my account the text would go to a non-cellular phone number. Also, I couldn't change the phone number because when I entered it, I was told it was associated with another account, which was, of course, my old account. Ian at the Comcast store helped immensely. Thank God he was there and so helpful. Also, he made the whole experience very positive. I hope that can be passed along to him and his superiors. He clearly is excellent at customer service. I'm a happy camper now.
