Concerning final bill of $***.** from November ****.**When I returned my equipment I was forced to pay $***.** (unpaid bill of previous resident) on October **, ****. I was told this was the last bill I would have to pay. **I switched from Comcast to RCN because Comcast forced me to pay unpaid bills from a previous resident. **Now, after * years and without letters in the mail, Comcast has sent me to collections for $***.**.**Please advise
