Unable to activate Advanced Security for Internet

Help with my Comcast issue
The issue in GetHuman2384014's own words
Move the slide button to Enable the Advanced Security feature. ... I cannot turn on Advanced Security. It gives me an error saying "We're having some trouble... try again later". **This is several days after buying the $*.** Advanced Security for internet, assuming these two things are related. **I rebooted the gateway twice and it still doesn't turn on. Something is wrong and the slide switch still does not slide right to "Enable".
*) I'm paying for a service I'm not getting.***) When it fails and says "We're having some trouble", this causes most of the xFi app to be inoperative.
Turn on Advanced Security, and make it so I can turn it on and off myself, too.
Account restart* was with competitor for * years, not a single payment late.
Tried activating the feature using a web browser and not the xFi app.
How GetHuman2384014 fixed the problem
I'm not quite sure how this got resolved... I didn't call them, my only action was to type this (lengthy) item on GetHuman. Based on my later review of its security logs, I think it was already activated—the switch just coincidentally began to work right after making this entry.
