My internet speeds are horrible after performing * separate speed tests both paid tests an free ones, my download speeds were *-* mbps, never went over *.* mbps. I am supposed to have speeds of *** mbps. I found a deal with another company for **.** a month with guaranteed *** mbps. I have been a loyal Comcast customer and don't want to leave but unless I am offered a comparable deal I see no other option.
GetHuman2313108 did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
