Comcast sent account into collection. Southwest collections never provided me with verification of final bill. I asked to verify and the sent. * copies of January **** bill. My final bill should have been sent in July of ****. I asked them to send July bill, they said they would I two weeks but they never sent it. Now they have me in collection. I am nearly ** years old and have had good credit until now. How can I resolve this and get it removed from my credit report
