I carefully scheduled my Comcast installation to coincide with my work schedule. My work requires Internet service as I telecommute. Comcast installation arrived within my service window but sent the wrong equipment. The technician was not equipped to set up The Internet service. I am now left without Internet service unless I take a vacation day from work to meet a service tech in one week. That leaves me without service and possibly unable to be available for service connection. Again, I carefully planned this with Comcast.
GetHuman-cleody did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
