Hi- I have the Comcast internet essentials package. A few months ago I upgraded my in home Network*WiFi box and was asked to mailed the old box back to Comcast. I mailed it back & have proof of delivery from UPS on ******. However, my bill still reflects the box was not received & I am still being charged for not returning it. How can I resolve this issue? I have a copy of the Proof of Delivery if needed.
