We are being billed for a previous service which was cancelled in addition to our new service. When I set up our new service I made clear that I wanted to ensure that any adjustments would not incur multiple charges and that we would not be billed for any penalties or redundant amounts. However, I received a bill and had a previous automatic payment withdrawn for previous services. I would like this rectified immediately.
GetHuman1038735 did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
