After ** years of being a Comcast customer , I was shocked when I received notification yesterday my monthly cost was going from approx. $*** to $*** with no service or equipment changes. After nearly * hours on the phone charges would be $***,but agent couldn't explain what service is being reduced. Asked for e-mail and she said she could not provide.
GetHuman-trevlog did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
