My bill went way up. I need to lower it or cancel service. I’ve been trying to contact a human being in retention, cancellation, and whatever other numbers I can find. Calls do not go through. First date available for a callback is apparently next week. I should not have to pay late fees, because I can’t get in touch with a human being by phone, and your "live chat" is useless. HELP!!! My phone number is *** ***-****. Please CALL. I HAVE A SHATTERED WRIST AND AM PAYING SOMEONE $** AN HOUR TO DO MY KEYBOARDING, CHECK MY EMAIL, PRINT MY LESSON PLANS. I should NOT have to pay them for your inability to to handle your customer service department.
