I applied for self-service installation at my new apartment in late May. Comcast texted us that the outdoor installation had been completed on May **th. When we moved in on June *st, our self service installation failed. A technician from Comcast came out on June *th and discovered that Comcast never established the connection for our apartment. Not only did we not have internet we were paying for for several days, I am now being charged $** for an installation appointment that was only necessary due to your failure. Remove this charge.
