The issue in GetHuman-pseinber's own words
We have had it, we pay over $*** and we cannot get you people on the phone and we cannot play listen to change channel it has been happening almost*certain times everyday and since we *are very loyal to you people for over*** years we never changed to another*service. You take the money but when*we have a problem we should be*reimbursed for the negligence and aggravation. At this moment we cannot use the listen on the remote?
