I completely lost all TV connections.*I unplugged the box waited and then plugged it back in.*Still no connection.*if there is a power outage your answering service should provide the customers with the reason for the outage and an estimated time of recovery not all lines are busy try again later.*we pay a lot of money for this service and basically con not get in touch with anyone.*That is not what I call customer service.
GetHuman-scruz did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
