I seem to pay every * weeks and every time I call my bill is more money. I feel like as much I pay. I’m always behind. You reps are pretty rude and do not speak in Layman terms. I honestly am not happy with the service and the channels at all. I keep Comcast because it the only service in the area. I would like someone to explain my bill Thoroughly and a lower bill. The speed is slow so and I’m paying almost ***.**. Unhappy unsatified customer
