We are having issues with both our internet speeds and on-demand entertainment. We are paying for ***mbps and are receiving less than *** of that speed for the internet. The modem is Xfinity-compliant and can handle much higher speeds than what we pay for. The on-demand seems to be a problem with the cable box*service itself. Thank you.
