He submitted the cancelation to the vendor Rough country asking it to be canceled * days later I received my refund of ****.**. then on ********** I received that the vendor had shipped all * tires and wheels and then my checking account has been charged * separate charges of ***.**. I contacted the vendor to stop this and they said I have to wait until all of the items are received because they are drop shipped and they do not have the ability to stop them. I also asked how I can return them he said that with items this large the Walmart.com should apply for an instore return so I am asking that is done the order number *******-******.
