Walmart Pharmacy in question: **** N. Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL ***** (PHONE ***-***-****)*My doctor submitted my prescription electronically to the above Walmart on Monday, *-**-**** for Adderall ** mg *xs daily (** tabs). Normally I get a text from Walmart indicating when my Rx would be ready. I didn't hear anything by Wednesday so I called. I was told the medication would be arriving later in the day and they would send me a text when it was ready for pick up. **I didn't hear back from the pharmacy so I called again on Friday, *-**-****. This time they said no prescription had been submitted and to call my doctor. I left a message with my doctor's office and they got back to me today stating they had submitted the Rx to Walmart on the **st. **My Walmart account indicated that they received the RX on *-** and it was filled on *-**. I called Walmart again to find out what was going on. The pharmacy tech said there was a hold placed on my prescription and he needed to enter the RX into my profile before it could be processed. I asked him to check the bin to see if my RX was there because my online account said it was filled on *-**. He said it wasn't there and there was no indication on his end that it had ever been filled. **None of this made sense to me as I was looking at my account indicating it was filled on *-** so I asked to speak to a pharmacist. When the pharmacist got on the phone things went downhill quickly. To say she was rude is an understatement. **She asked me what the problem was and as I began to explain the situation she immediately interrupted and started talking over me. She offered no explanation as to why my prescription is still not ready a week after it was submitted, nor did she explain why the medication wasn't ordered last week when it was initially discovered they were out of stock. She couldn't explain why the prescription was placed on hold, or why I was told the medication would be arriving later in the day only to be told two days later that no prescription had ever been submitted. **Her final words to me were they were still out of stock and if I wanted them to ordered it, it would not be in until Wednesday, *-**. She also said she could not tell me if any other Walmarts had the medication in stock because it was against the law.**In the end I asked her to cancel the prescription and I would have my doctor submit it to another pharmacy since I have already waited seven days and she said, "fine."**Thank you for listening.*Jenine**Jenine Conrad****-***-****
