In May, I placed an online order for the Storkcraft Hoop Glider and Ottoman Espresso with Gray Cushions, Order ********-******. I have been attempting to contact Walmart.com about this chair without success. I can't seem to get anyone to reply to my emails. This is the most uncomfortable glider rocker I have EVER owned! I know the return window expired August **, but I have been trying to reach someone about this unsuccessfully. Can you PLEASE do something to help me with this item? I can't even tell from my order status if it was a Marketplace seller, or directly from WalMart. Please help!

I waited for ** minutes for a callback using GetHuman's service. The estimated wait time was ** minutes. I finally gave up and called the number myself, expecting a ** minute wait. I was connected within a minute and the Customer Service Rep resolved my issue to my satisfaction.
