My friend, Ms Barron, visited the Deans Bridge Rd. Store twice last weekend and was given the red carpet treatment. She does not expect this each time she visits, she simply wants the carts available when she needs one. Often the carts were not charged the night before and once before she had to change carts twice before she got one that had enough of a charge on it for her to be able to fini... ... This issue concerns your store on Deans Bridge Rd., Augusta, Ga. On Aug. * my ** year old friend went to your store to shop. This is the only store she shops. It was approximately * AM when she entered the store. She has trouble walking and looked for a motorized cart and didn't seen any. She ask the greeter if he would have someone find one for her. He responded that he couldn't leave position. My friend, Irene Barron, walked to the other side of the store to see if there were any in this area and there was not. She walked out to the parking lot looking for one that someone had left. She became dizzy and a very nice customer helped her back in the store and began to look for a cart for her. Meanwhile Ms Barron ask to see the manager. A lady came ask how she could help her. Ms. Barron told her about the problem with not being able to find a cart. The mgr., not knowing someone was looking for a cart for her, told her that they only had approximately * carts available because they had to ship the old carts back because they were going to be replaced with ** new ones but she did not know when they would be coming in. She never offered to assist my friend in any way. This is not the first time Ms. Barron has had problems with this store two times before. Thankfully the lady who helped her back into your store located a cart for her. It is sad when customers care for the well being of your customers than your store manager of her employees. I would appreciate your addressing this issue ASAP. Thank you.
