On ******* I took my **** Prius to your store ****** auto center for a service and oil change. I paid the $**.** and was given a receipt showing a multi point service and inspection with all items either checked or replaced. The following morning at **:**am as I started a * hour trip to North Carolina my check oil light came on. I stopped and checked the oil level as nothing showing on the dip stick. with further inspection I found the tech had failed to install the oil filter. after walking approx. * mile to my home , I took my work truck to your store and spoke with asst. manager Marsha Lanius whose *st reaction after learning of my dilemma was "what do you want me to do about it". after some discussion she refunded $**.**, replaced the oil and filter and I did the work myself. I under stand I am one of thousands of customers and no harm, no foul will probably be your response, but you dodged a bullet on this one and I just wanted to tell you I think your service stinks and your tech should be fired.
