I ordered a element **inch TV for $*** total was supposed to arrive Christmas eve. I then recieved notification my delivery date changed to the **th. Had I know the * day shipping would change to a week I would've went with Amazon prime. I spoke to * different chat representatives. * guaranteed delivery would be on time. The *nd said he would issue a refund it wouldn't be here on time. I then try site to store same day. Played $*** total, well I then get the email * hours later there out of stock at that store and I would be reimbursed, at that point I was waiting for my bank to refund me, leaving me really short on money. I then go to that store where i was supposed to pick it up, and there was * in stock as the website stated previously. I paid outright with cash to guarantee i would have that gift!! So why did my order details change??? Why did I get * different answers from the representatives? Why was my time wasted for an entire day because Walmart can't keep up with demand and delivery. I'm extremely upset over the situation and will continue shopping on Amazon since their customer service is valid and I get answers immediately along with guaranteed * day delivery. Then I'm informed it is up to me to print the return label and take it to a courier which we dont have in my town. I want to take it to the store and have been told I can't* I want some sort of consolation an apology at the least. The whole ordeal could've been avoided had I got a direct answer from the representatives. * chats and phone calls later. I'm still waiting on my money to be back on my card. Worst experience I've had trying to contact customer service. I would like feedback. Thank you
