Hello,**Recently, I placed an online order, *******-******* (for two products with your company). They were Christmas presents for my daughters. **Part of the order was sent to me on Thursday November **th, and while I was at work I received a delivery confirmation (AWESOME!!). When I got home, the package was outside in inconspicuous box, and I was able to sneak it in the house and hide it from my daughter.**In another e-mail I was notified that the second item would be delayed and arriving tomorrow (dec *th). That’s no big deal, Christmas is three weeks away.**On Friday, I asked my * year old daughter to go get the mail. When she did, the other item (her number one Christmas present from Santa) was with the mail, in the original box, pictures of the video camera all over it (NOT AWESOME!!)**I am heartbroken!
