September **th, I ordered an Igloo Portable Ice maker. I do not have an account with you and used the order without an account. I thought I made a mistake, so I cancelled the first one, or so I thought. I made a second order because I thought the first one was cancelled. But my bank shows two withdrawls of $**.** each. I only want and need one. Is there any way you can cancel one of those and send me only one and reimburse me the other $**.** back to my account? I have both the order numbers. The first one is ********-******, and yes I did get an email for this one. It shows an order of only one for $**.** . The other order number is **************, but I did not get an email for that one. Please help me correct this order, thank you.
