My bill has increased from contracted plan effective October ****. Itvwas to be two year contract . I was billed around *** per month and in the past few months it jumped to around ***. I spoke with someone before and they said there was an error . It would be fixed. It now has been three or four months of overcharging. Can you please look at this and issue a credit and fix future billing? Thank you
